EIDL loan portal reopens for agricultural businesses only

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) reopened its Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) portal Monday for agricultural businesses.

SBA Administrator Jovita Carranza announced today that agricultural businesses are now eligible for the SBA's EIDL and EIDL Advance programs.

The portal reopened as a result of funding authorized by the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, P.L. 116-139, which provides additional funding for farmers, ranchers, and certain other agricultural businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

EIDL loans can be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other bills that can't be paid because of the disaster's impact. The interest rate is 3.75% for small businesses and 2.75% for not-for-profits. Loans are offered with long-term repayments to keep payments affordable, up to a maximum of 30 years, and terms are determined on a case-by-case basis.

EIDL Advance loans of up to $10,000 are designed to provide economic relief to businesses that are experiencing a temporary loss of revenue and do not have to be repaid.

The SBA began accepting new EIDL and EIDL Advance applications Monday only for U.S. agricultural businesses. These include businesses engaged in the production of food and fiber, ranching, raising of livestock, aquaculture, and all other farming and agricultural-related industries as defined by Section 18(b) of the Small Business Act.

The SBA is encouraging all eligible agricultural businesses with 500 or fewer employees wishing to apply to begin preparing their business financial information needed for their application.

At this time, only agricultural business applications will be accepted. For other businesses, the SBA stopped accepting new applications on April 15 and will be processing those applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

For agricultural businesses that submitted an EIDL application through the streamlined application portal before the legislative change, the SBA will process these applications without the need to reapply.

MADRID (Reuters) – Foreign tourists can book vacations in Spain from July as the two-week self-quarantine for overseas travellers is likely to be suspended by then, the tourism minister said on Monday.

One of the worst-hit nations in the world from the coronavirus, tourism-dependent Spain is gradually easing a strict lockdown though it has kept a quarantine for visitors so as to prevent a second wave of infections.

“It is perfectly coherent to plan summer vacations to come to Spain in July,” Reyes Maroto said in an interview with local radio station Onda Cero.

What the Minister fails to recognize is that getting to Spain will be dangerous in and of itself as tourist start cramming into busy airports, border inspections, wait in one line after another, and finally board their plane. Then we have the situation of a plane full of other Tourists and one just might be infected with the coronavrius ( Covid-19 ). All it takes is one and you have a situation of 300 other passangers being infected on their arrival to Spain.

For all the talk about a divided America (mostly political that we shy away from on the DC blog), there is a HUGE group of people that can collectively agree we were screwed, smeared, and denied due process in courts that failed to follow the Rule of Law. This is the massive population of American Homeowners.

The majority of over 84 MILLION families were unwittingly lured into a corrupt Wall Street securities scheme that cost them their clear title properties and in some cases their lives or the lives of their loved ones. American Homeowners can easily collaborate and identify with each other because the same crimes were committed over and over on each of them. Talk about a united, cohesive bunch of people – we are the American Homeowners!

The voting block is enormous. However, it takes an astute political force to reach them. Silence about wrongful foreclosure fraud is deafening. No longer can a politician make promises every 2 years and do nothing for a decade while their constituents lose their homes to crooks. Those days are over.

Hardly an American Homeowner who faced or is facing foreclosure hasn’t prayed to God for an honest Rule of Law judge. It’s usually the first lesson they learn when they when they walk into court with enough bank-forged paperwork to put an average felon away for several years – and the judge on the bench rules in favor of the criminals and their lying attorneys.

Justice only for the rich? The Illegitimate nature of the cuts to legal aid. â PoliticalSift The 2% of homeowners that can afford foreclosure defense attorneys initially watch their attorneys go down in flames as well. Really good attorneys that understand the securitization scheme get called out to the bar association by bank attorneys – trying to get them disbarred.

The fact is that the banks forged the documents – a fact well exposed on national television and in numerous case law, runs secondary to the judge asking, “did you pay?” Neither the American Homeowner, nor their attorney has a chance to tell the judge that the bank wouldn’t let the homeowner pay, or that HAMP was a scam. The gavel goes down – and all is surreal. We were judged guilty without the opportunity to prove our innocence. We know exactly how that feels.

“I can read,” said one American Homeowner, “it’s like the judge skipped over the process laid out in UCC Article 3. We have clear evidence of forgery, the bank presented no evidence of physical delivery, lied in their affidavit, can’t show the original documents – yet the judge ignored the law.”

It’s always a push to appeal – even when the appellate courts make a positive homeowner ruling, the lower courts appear loathed to follow it – or look for some other excuse. It’s expensive for American Homeowners to appeal their cases and the banks count on that. The Wall Street scheme is built on pure numbers – some will fall, some will fail, some will walk away – and a few they’ll settle with. Even if you can afford to appeal and win, the title is as clouded as the process to regain ownership.

There are American Homeowners that just can’t believe this heinous process could happen in America. They stay in their homes until one morning before dawn an army of off-duty police and collection thugs surround their homes at gunpoint and force the family out into the street. Homeowners’ belongings are trashed or pilfered.

American Homeowners contact their state & Congressional representatives, who have their aides listen to the stories (which they’ve heard thousands of times) – and do absolutely nothing to correct the mess. When is the last time you heard anyone mention or seriously discuss reinstating Glass Steagall? Yeah. We know.

You see before 1992 Glass-Steagall prevented this kind of mortgage fraud from occurring. But in the late 1990’s Glass-Steagall was repealed. It had worked well for 70 years prior. You can Wikipedia who was in office and which President at the time signed the bill to repeal Glass-Steagall. Why would our government want to remove the very laws that protected homeowners? And at the same time push the American Dream of homeownership?

Until 2008, hardly any American Homeowner understood or even knew about Glass-Steagall – but you know what? We all do now.

American Homeowners are their own support group. No one funded “crying rooms” for American Homeowners and their families. Nothing much has been made available to help desperate people living in tents or in their cars face this chaos in their lives, or the PTSD from before dawn evictions at gunpoint, nor help with the anger they feel. The main street media stopped reporting on foreclosures over 6 years ago. Before that, reporters just used undocumented percentages because real numbers were too hard to digest.

The majority of folks were responsible American Homeowners who merely followed government driven TV commercials to ask for a modification – this was the HAMP program – a total scam – just ask any American Homeowner. Homeowners were told by their bank servicers to miss 3-4 payments to be eligible. Then the banks determined them to be delinquent and foreclosed on their properties.

The banks had trashed the homeowners before the 2008 crash – this is called the SMEAR. “Homeowners bought homes that were more than they could afford.” “Deadbeat homeowners.” It deflected the corruption from the banks and placed the blame on homeowners – and it was well wrapped. Ah, needless to say, we can collectively agree that we don’t want banks bailed out again before American Homeowners.

This post is about UNITY. We could have a convention but there is no venue big enough to hold all of us.

The stories we share would make an average person think we were talking about a 3rd world country. Our government wouldn’t stand up for us. Our court systems were plagued with either idiots or corruption. Our Congressional members had family members working for the banks. And local legislators were getting their homes paid off and refinance deals when average American Homeowners were sitting in a foreclosure court.

We were literally raped by the banks – no problem with collaboration here (and we can remember the names & dates). They scammed us, used our properties and our credit in a securities/rehypothecation scheme – with zero disclosure to any of us. The banks inflated our appraisals and sold us on transactions that weren’t worth what they said they were. The banks conspired with government actors to relax the underwriting guidelines and told us not to bother about paperwork – just state an income And if that wasn’t enough, they massaged their own numbers to get an approval. The banks sold securities transactions with a time bomb that they knew they couldn’t cover – they sold more “loans” than they could legally hold – pledged them off their books in another scheme to defraud We The People.

We see the corruption – in fact, we probably see it clearer and know it better than any protest group on the planet. God help a screaming protester that encounters a pissed off American Homeowner – remember we haven’t had any coddling for our traumas over the last decade and it makes us pretty tough – not to mention somewhat intolerant of those that haven’t felt the losses, fear, and anxiety we’ve had to endure.

You certainly don’t want to tell an American Homeowner that he’s guilty until he can prove his innocence, or that the Rule of Law and Constitution don’t matter. He’ll probably tell you to go buy a one-way ticket to Venezuela. He’s certainly not going to vote for any politician that pre-judges him and assumes he’s a deadbeat homeowner with no defense.

You may not like our United States President for some brainwashed reason, but at least he’s heading us back to a Rule of Law – and for that American Homeowners are grateful. Since POTUS has been in office, more courts are making Rule of Law decisions. It’s the first light in the tunnel we’ve seen in that last 20+ years. We still need a Congress that will legislate protective measures for American Homeowners – without that it will be just more of the same – a bought and paid for bunch of politicians in office for too long with no real life experience. Another good reason for Term Limits.

Collectively, there are about 200 million of us counting our families. Some haven’t faced full foreclosure yet, but know they are about one to two paychecks away and they’ve heard the horror stories. Some are the homeless people that around election time politicians spout some campaign rhetoric about helping. If we look back a few years ago, it was the Occupy Wall Street movement protesting the banks and foreclosures in nearly every city and town in America. That was us – the American Homeowners.

We’ve been fighting the Foreclosure War for over a decade – with very little help. But we are UNITED and determined to support a system that follows the Rule of Law and the US Constitution – and we will VOTE. We will help our fellow victims of wrongful foreclosure and continue to fight corruption. It’s no longer just a cause – it’s now our mission.

Now, you might ask yourself, HOW DO THEY PLAN TO ACHIEVE THIS NEW WORLD ORDER?

The answer is found in the ID2020 Alliance manifestos. You can google this.

What is ID2020 Alliance?
ID2020 Alliance is an innovative public-private partnership committed to improving lives through digital identity. According to the information obtained on the official website of ID2020 alliance, for you to get any attention or support to fight poverty, sickness and obtain any good thing in life, you must have a chip implanted in your body, an identification mark that gives you access in the new world order. If you are a Bible student, you will understand what the Bible says concerning this mark in the book of Revelations Chapter 13 verses 16 – 18.

This ID2020 Alliance started a long time ago but was officially presented in 2018 in a more formal articulation and ethical approaches to digital identity,
by an eleven-member board, in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

Now, to achieve the Digital Identification of everyone on earth, a microchip most be implanted under the skin of everyone. And the only ways to achieve this is to try and make people to willingly accept the implant on their bodies, or put fear in people that will make them accept it.

they decided to use the two options; that is, to put fear in people and make everyone willingly accept the Microchip.

These are the facts

All existing generation networks up to 4G are not capable of delivering the speed that is required to power all essential services that Digital identification requires to work efficiently, therefore the 5G is required with high frequency at short distances.

5G is the only network for the future. Without 5G, there is no appreciable advancement that can be done in technology. This is the reason why they want 5G rolled out at all cost.

Because China is in trade, technology and economic war with USA, they decided to work fast enough to be the first to lunch the 5G network. Sometimes in July 2019 5G network was rolled out in the city of Wuhan. Then later on, the USA, UK, Italy, France, Iran and others rolled out their 5G in selected Cities in their Countries, not with the primary intention to kill people but the 5G network is inevitable.

The people behind this understands that the 5G is harmful, but the only way to know the extent of damage it can cause is to test it. China wants to be ahead so they agreed to use the “new” innovation in a City where they can easily attribute the cause of death that may likely occur to a virus. Wuhan was known for eating live animals that can easily transmit virus to human, hence the decision to use the City.

The effect of the radiation of 5G network on human body will take about bout 5 to 6 months to evidently manifest, according to Science tech researchers. So, the plan was that, once they have casualty, they will quickly perform experiment on the dead body to ascertain the type of damage that took place in the cells of the body and quickly write a code that can prevent this damage from taking place within the body and put it in the microchip that will be implanted under the skin of everyone. This is the vaccine that Bill Gates was talking about. Anybody who has it implanted on his or her skin will not die of 5G radiation damage. They will say you have been vaccinated and you are no more a danger to human community and so you will be permitted to perform transactions over the 5G network, such as buying and selling under the new world order.

The people dying now are just the collateral damages that must take place before they get their vaccine fully ready for deployment, which is the microchip, that is carrying every other information required to power the next generation technology of Artificial intelligence.

Some scientists will tell you that 5G network has nonionizing radiation and so cannot break chemical bonds, but it’s not true. The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2011 classified RFR as "possibly carcinogenic to humans". Then in 2012, $30 million study conducted by the U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) found “clear evidence” that two years of exposure to cell phone 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generation RFR increased cancer in male rats and damaged DNA in rats and mice of both sexes. The Ramazzini Institute in Italy also replicated these findings and had the same result, how much more the 5G with 10 times frequency emission efficiency.

Now, Bill Gates and Co understands that the 5G network is the only network that can work with the microchips to be implanted in man to achieve the digital identification number, they decided to widen the scope of the conspiracy.

Once the 5G is installed across test run countries, and in few months begins to cause damage to the cells in form of seizures and instant death, they then conspired to attribute the cause of death to a virus. Since the deaths will definitely occur first in Wuhan, being the first City to roll out 5G, they then prepared a highly contagious Covid-19 and introduced it amongst the people so that they can easily attribute the cause of death to Corona Virus.

The people you see that are dying in their hundreds have been so much exposed to the 5G radiation, so that once corona virus attacks them, they can never survive it. These are the people you see that will just fall down and die in streets and homes. Corona virus is not that dangerous as they make it seem to you. It can be treated. The actual cause of death is radiation from 5G.

This situation will now cause great fear in the hearts of people and they will be ready to accept and embrace any solution.

Now, Bill Gates and Co have developed a MicroChip and then lie to the people that it is the vaccine that will immunize the people against Coronavirus. Meanwhile, it is a microchip that will store all the information required for artificial intelligence and also protect humans from radiation damage. The so-called vaccine will be communicating with the 5G network to transmit information. Only those who refused to take the vaccine will be dying from Radiation, but they will lie that it is the coronavirus killing them, that until they take the vaccine everyone will continue to die. Trust me, nobody wants to die a painful death, so people will be submitting to the vaccine from Bill Gates

Everything about you will be stored in that chip. The ability to withdraw any money you have in the Bank will be stored on the chip. You will not need to carry any card or any information on you again because you have been digitally connected to a central server ready for the one world government, one world economy and one world religion. You will be paid money directly to your account but those who have not received their vaccine which contains the microchip will not be able to spend the money. They cannot buy nor sell.

This is why I am so scared of the much talked about the Grant for the poor in Africa, because part of what they will use to entice people is money. They will give Presidents of nations money to adopt and install 5G networks first in their major Cities and then to other Cities. They will also give huge money to Citizens of Africa through Cooperatives and NGOs. The use of this money by the recipients will only be possible if they have been vaccinated. A lot of people will be vaccinated in other to get the money. Remember that both the Government and everybody is broke now and will be ready to do anything to get funded. It is only illuminati that can give N10million to 40 million people in a country. This amounts to N400 trillion. Only the gods of this world can pay this huge amount to each Country in Africa.

Here is my advice to you if you are waiting for any grant from anywhere, as soon as they ask you to get vaccinated before you can access your grant, please run for your life. And if you are yet to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior please do now. The end has not come, but it is nearer.

What is really going on with Covid-19 is far too big, too complex, too sinister, too evil, too bizarre and too extraordinary for the average mind to comprehend or accept.

If you stay in Lagos and Abuja, just be observant after the lockdown to see the new installations of 5G networks in some locations. I watched some videos online of these installations but I cannot confirm to you if they are actually the 5G installations. If, however, the installations are for the 5G, this means that they locked you down so that they can do the work. Why was Bill gates saying that more people will die in Africa and especially Nigeria, and that the vaccines should be moved down to Africa?

The Death you are seeing now in Nigeria and Africa at large is the one from Coronavirus and that is why it is not much because it can be treated, and people are recovering from it. After 5 to 6 months of switching on the new 5G network, you will be surprised with the death records we will be having, and they will tell you it’s from Covid-19.

The microchip implant in the body is what the Holy Bible describes as the "Mark of the Beast" “666” in the Book of Revelations chapter 13 and once you take it you are doomed forever.

All these are meant to happen after the taken away of the Christians according to the Holy Bible, but Satan is running faster than his shadows. Satan is trying to make sure that some Christians accept this chip even before the rapture takes place.

We understand that Beef, pork, Poultry and may other animals have been sources of food for human beings for many years, but dogs and cats are considered to be pets, and not for human consumption. The life of dogs in China is extremely complicated nowadays. Pet owners are facing the risk of being approached by local authorities and having their beloved dogs confiscated in the middle of the street, for no reason whatsoever.

This happens even if the owners follow the rules by the book. Moreover, pets are stolen from their own yards by professional traders – who later sell them as food in public markets or, in bulk, to restaurants for a discount price. Videos showing traders grabbing people’s dogs in under 60 seconds without making any noise are available online.

The risk is even higher in the case of street dogs. The probability of being a street dog being captured, crammed in a truck and sold somewhere as food is immense, like the video attached to this campaign illustrates. This is the sad reality governing China on a daily basis, without any exceptions.

In spite of numerous protests and countless calls for reform, authorities have shown little interest in this matter. All they have learned to do is turn a blind eye: as a result, the meat trade is widely popular, despite the widely negative consequences that humans are exposed to when eating man’s best friend. According to unofficial statistics, over 10 million dogs perish for food in China each year – 15, 000 of them solely at the infamous festival in Yulin; they are brought from all across the country and cooked in the name of tradition, without any possibility of escaping…

The time for a change for the dogs of China has arrived. Please support my campaign and urge the authorities to show love and compassion and urge them to implement reforms to help the dogs. This ruthless meat industry must be outlawed nationwide and animal welfare legislation must be adopted without delay. AXJ & AAF HELP HOMEOWNERS FIGHT UNLAWFUL FORECLOSURES

The independent international civil and political rights Organization known as Actions for Justice and Peace ( AXJ ), has just announced that it will be helping Americans Against Foreclosures ( AAF ), with more than 1,500 Members nationwide, stop unlawful foreclosures in 2020.

We all remember veery well the financial and economic recession of 2008, and how 23 million homes were foreclosed on, and as many families left homeless.

Therefore, two very important non profit Organizations known as AXJ & AAF ( www.aaf.news ), have decided to join efforts to stop this from happening again in 2020.

The first thing to do is to contact all Governors, Attorney Generals, and the FBI across the country, and ask them to go after any and all Banks and/or leading institutions which have defied their orders during this coronavirus pandemic and have charged any excessive overdraft and/or late payments, fees or penalties in their Bank Accounts .

Second, they have contacted all Congressional Representatives and asked for an emergency Moratorium to be passed for one year like during the Great Depression of 1929, to stop on foreclosures and evictions in the United States. The last thing America needs now is to have sick homeless families living on the streets of American Cities. Just look at New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles now.

Third, AAF will set up a legal fund to retain the most prestigious Attorneys across the United States to file class action claims and complaints against all the Banks who have acted fraudulently since 2008, and now during this pandemic.

Forth, AAF is in the process of networking with all leaders of the Banking Unions across the United States, and be able to sub poena and obtain any and all evidence and witnesses within the Banks, who will come forward to testify in the complaints which being filed now.

Fifth, AAF will be forwarding this evidence obtained to the State Attorney Generals and the FBI, in order to be able to investigate it all carefully and thoroughly, and at the same time have all 3,000 County Recorders Audit Title Land Records and expunge all unlawful and forged documents.

All of the above will take place during this year 2020 and we need the cooperation of all the public Organizations named.

Background

According to Wikipedia the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).^[10] T

he disease was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, and has since spread globally, resulting in the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic.^[11]^[12]

Common symptoms include fever, cough and shortness of breath.^[13] Other symptoms may include fatigue, muscle pain, diarrhea, sore throat, loss of smell and abdominal pain.^[7]^[14]^[15]

While the majority of cases result in mild symptoms, some progress to viral pneumonia and multi-organ failure.^[11]^[16]

As of 8 April 2020, more than 1.44 million^[9] cases have been reported in more than 200 countries and territories,^[17] resulting in more than 83,400 deaths.^[9] More than 308,000 people have recovered.^[9]

The virus is mainly spread during close contact^[a] and by small droplets produced when those infected cough, sneeze or talk.^[8]^[18]^[19] These droplets may also be produced during breathing; however, they rapidly fall to the ground or surfaces and are not generally spread through the air over large distances.^[8]^[20]^[21]

People may also become infected by touching a contaminated surface and then their face.^[8]^[18] The virus can survive on surfaces for up to 72 hours.^[22] It is most contagious during the first three days after onset of symptoms, although spread may be possible before symptoms appear and in later stages of the disease.^[23] The time from exposure to onset of symptoms is typically around five days, but may range from two to 14 days.^[13]^[24]

The standard method of diagnosis is by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) from a nasopharyngeal swab.^[25] The infection can also be diagnosed from a combination of symptoms, risk factors and a chest CT scan showing features of pneumonia.^[26]^[27]

Recommended measures to prevent infection include frequent hand washing, social distancing (maintaining physical distance from others, especially from those with symptoms), covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or inner elbow and keeping unwashed hands away from the face.^[28]^[29] The use of masks is recommended for those who suspect they have the virus and their caregivers.^[30] Recommendations for mask use by the general public vary, with some authorities recommending against their use, some recommending their use and others requiring their use.^[31]^[32]^[33]

Currently, there is no vaccine or specific antiviral treatment for COVID-19.^[8] Management involves treatment of symptoms, supportive care, isolation and experimental measures.^[34]

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC)^[35]^[36] on 30 January 2020 and a pandemic on 11 March 2020.^[12] Local transmission of the disease has been recorded in many countries across all six WHO regions.^[37]
