The independent international civil and political rights Organization known as Actions for Justice and Peace ( AXJ ), has just announced that it will be helping Americans Against Foreclosures ( AAF ), with more than 1,500 Members nationwide, stop unlawful foreclosures in 2020.
We all remember veery well the financial and economic recession of 2008, and how 23 million homes were foreclosed on, and as many families left homeless.
Therefore, two very important non profit Organizations known as AXJ & AAF ( www.aaf.news ), have decided to join efforts to stop this from happening again in 2020.
The first thing to do is to contact all Governors, Attorney Generals, and the FBI across the country, and ask them to go after any and all Banks and/or leading institutions which have defied their orders during this coronavirus pandemic and have charged any excessive overdraft and/or late payments, fees or penalties in their Bank Accounts .
Second, they have contacted all Congressional Representatives and asked for an emergency Moratorium to be passed for one year like during the Great Depression of 1929, to stop on foreclosures and evictions in the United States. The last thing America needs now is to have sick homeless families living on the streets of American Cities. Just look at New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles now.
Third, AAF will set up a legal fund to retain the most prestigious Attorneys across the United States to file class action claims and complaints against all the Banks who have acted fraudulently since 2008, and now during this pandemic.
Forth, AAF is in the process of networking with all leaders of the Banking Unions across the United States, and be able to sub poena and obtain any and all evidence and witnesses within the Banks, who will come forward to testify in the complaints which being filed now.
Fifth, AAF will be forwarding this evidence obtained to the State Attorney Generals and the FBI, in order to be able to investigate it all carefully and thoroughly, and at the same time have all 3,000 County Recorders Audit Title Land Records and expunge all unlawful and forged documents.
All of the above will take place during this year 2020 and we need the cooperation of all the public Organizations named.
